Business is booming! How to set up a network of web contractors

So thankfully business has been going great for me the past year. I am working for myself now 100% and I am making more money than I have ever made in my life all while working on my own schedule. I have reached one of my goals of being my own boss. My main income has been from offering web sites and other internet marketing services to local businesses. WF has played a huge role in getting where I am, and I am so grateful for all that I have gotten from here.

Business has gotten so good that I am getting more work than i can handle myself, and I am now ready to take my business to the next level. I feel that my next step is to set up a network of contractors that will handle web design and seo. I can then focus my efforts on generating more clients, ensuring the work is carried out properly and managing my relationships with clients.

Im looking for any insight or experience anyone may have in setting up a network and system of reliable contracts to outsource my work to. Im also curious to know of any issues anyone may have run into when making this type of transition and what you have done to work out the kinks.

And to everyone else here who has not yet taken the plunge into being there own boss, nows the time to do it. It is possible.
