Using royalty-free stock photos on my social media

Hi there,

I just wanted to know if it is OK to use royalty-free stock photos to create Facebook posts and Pinterest pins that are linked to my website/s ?

Most stock photography agencies are not very clear about this issue, and before asking them I just wanted to know if any of you have been using stock-photos to create his/hers social media posts/pins and whether, to the best of your knowledge, it is OK ?

      It would be best to tell the photo agencies that you intend buying from exactly what you want to do and ask them to state whether their license allows it. That way you know where you stand.

    You can post them to your website and then share it through your social accounts. That way, the photos are still considered hosted on your site.
