How To Set Up For Affiliate Marketing Just In Australia?

If a person outside of Australia wanted to target market Australia with affiliate marketing websites and campaigns please give me tips on how to set things up for that. Please do not argue against this specialization idea, but instead give me helpful advice on how to prepare for it.

I am not looking for affiliate marketing tips in general that are good for any country, but instead I am looking for advice on how a person outside of Australia can set up the things necessary to just make money in Australia with affiliate offers made and sold in and from Australia and possibly from New Zealand also since it is so close.

Would I need to have a bank account in Australia?

Would I need an address in Australia?

Would I need a company domiciled in Australia or New Zealand to specialize in the Australian affiliate marketing arena and to be able to work within the financial controls?

These are just some of the things that need to be addressed.
