I Know I Can Make This Work... But How?

Picked up an expired .COM domain that already has the .NET and .ORG registered.

The .NET and .ORG versions are being used as redirects to a new car dealer's homepage.

So I believe that the car dealer would be interested in my .COM domain.

However, fairly new to domaining like this, and I'd be open to suggestions to how to approach them.

Offer a monthly service of redirecting it for them?

    Create the site with the script installed and the cars that are for sale. In other words, make a fully working web site aimed at the car dealer.
    Then ask for more $$$$

    It depends what you want to get from it. I'd just email them saying I have it and ask if they want it. If they say no then offer redirecting. As for getting some sort of monthly fee, I don't know. Do you know how much traffic it was getting before? It's hard to say what might work without knowing how slick the domain is. I think I'd just look to make a nice profit and then find another bear to skin.
