A completely non-marketing change I made that is making me more money

This is not a veiled pitch for a product, I promise, but I just have to share this because it totally changed my life and is making me more money.

What is it?

My diet. I'm in my mid-40's and all my life I've eaten basically like most Americans. That is, without really worrying about what I was eating. The results were devastating. You know that saying about not knowing how bad you really feel until you feel better? That was me. I just figured it was the way things were and I had to deal with it. Soldier on. Buck up. All that manly jive.

I was wrong, and I've never been happier to be so wrong!

On Jan. 2 I started a low carb / high fat diet. It's the exact opposite of what we've all been told to do for the last several decades. No more processed foods. Very little sugar. Lots of the "bad" stuff: red meat, eggs, bacon, more eggs, real butter, cream, etc.

Within about 4 days, I noticed my tiredness was gone.

At the end of 10 days, I noticed my old jeans didn't fit so snugly.

After 3 weeks, my blood pressure had dropped like a rock (close to normal).

Add to this continuing weight loss, no more moodiness, and most importantly in terms of making more money - a new-found ability to focus on my work for long stretches at a time and get stuff done!

I'm not coming out with a new diet ebook. I can hear you hardcore marketing types being suspicious all the way over here.

I'm not in the health niche at all. I only sell in IM/MMO.

But I love this forum and it's helped me in so many ways in the last 6 years. I could not keep this to myself, especially since this change is helping me make more money online.

I have a challenge for you if my symptoms sound anything like what you're experiencing...

Do some research and try this for 2 weeks. Just 2 weeks. If you don't feel incredibly better, PM me and call me names. I can take it.

All I did was cut my carb intake to no more than 20 grams per day. I eat as much as I want. I don't count calories. Instead of avoiding high fat foods, I seek them out! But be careful about the fats you ingest. They need to be saturated and NOT trans fats (like vegetable oil). That's very important.

Give it 2 weeks. I'll be amazed if you don't report that you feel a lot better, are losing weight, and find that your mental focus has improved significantly.

*Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I don't play one online. Do this at your own risk, period. Research it first. But I'm telling you, it freaking works!

Sounds like something worth trying. I haven't had that much problem with focus and blood pressure but since I've been sitting in front of my computer whole days, I noticed I'm slowly gaining weight. But I'm not so hyped with going to the gym either..

Absolutely. Honestly, your body is like 80 percent what you eat, and 20 percent what your do (possibly a little wiggle room). So a healthy diet will keep you fit. Also, you will feel amazing, have more energy, clearer skin, and clearer mind.
