What free report would you absolutely love and opt-in for ?

You've been in the business for 10 years, have had 8 figure (10+ Million) pay sites, 100,000+ media buys and don't know what to put into a free 5 page report?

I'm sensing a little bit of a disconnect.

Yes drew, $10M+, actually €40M revenue over 3years I had the company (porn paysite in france) before I sold it two years ago, what's your point exactly?

I should have expected to get some punchy answers, I never blogged before nor sold an infoproduct, always just used the knowledge for myself, and now i'm thinking what can I share with people to really give them some amazing value, but I guess that's too fleur bleue on my part

And it won't be 5pages, I was thinking more like 20 or 30 pages!

Great to see you asking the question friend.

First off, traffic is always a topic of much discussion and one that seems so hard for many and it's almost always a hot topic as a WSO. Anyway, allow me to see if I can reframe the question back to you to start. In all your experience, what do you think is the one strategy above anything else that has been most valuable to you regarding traffic and has brought you the highest ROI in your business?

Do you have that one strategy drilled down into an easy to follow step by step format that you could teach to anyone within 20 to 30 pages?

Side Note: This 20-30 page report teaching the step by step what to do on your best traffic strategy could easily be the lead in to a paid product of you teaching the how to and you can offer the details of how to purchase that at the end of your report.

If so then that is where I would begin.

Thank you so much, your post does actually make a lot of sense!

Drew is gonna say I'm lying again ( haha, just joking mate ) but before launching the paysite, the money we used to start it all came from our affiliate porn website ( sexeautop ) was the best ranked affiliate website in france (#1 on sexe, sex, porno, video porno, etc ) bringing in 100 000 visitors a day from google alone, and all whitehat !

We sold that one 2 years ago too, just before it dies out (we didn't know it for sure but we felt it was gonna happen ) and also now tubesites have taken over on the SERPs too, but to this day it's still getting traffic on premium keywords >

I do know SEO quite well too just don't do it anymore - too slow for my taste, basically SEO, Paid Traffic and Affiliates are my thing, bringing in volume.

Well then, congrats on your success.

The biggest problem people have is traffic. They think if they just had the traffic, they would make a lot of money. At first, they don't want to pay. They only want free traffic. Then, they realize getting free traffic is hard. So, next they want the cheapest traffic possible. They don't have any real content nor a product, and only want to "build a list", so they have the hottest squeeze page template set up promoting a free ebook that teaches you how to make $10K per month picking your nose watching Sprout TV...so AdWords is out. So, they try some crappy second tier search engine or PTC website. They spend a little bit of money...but not too much, and decide that they get bad bot traffic. They hear solo ads are the way to go, so they spend money on a solo ad. Next, they find out their squeeze page isn't converting high enough, but they have some people on their list. They start sending out their autoresponder "building a relationship with their list" but they get no clicks and no opens. They make some tweaks to the squeeze page. Waste more money on solo ads. Don't develop anything of real value...only the same rehashed crap everyone spews on a daily basis, which works for about 5% of the people who do it. Repeat until they quit.

So, anything you can offer them that will not take them down that path would be best. But here's the problem...most people don't want to work, they just want money. That's why the headlines are so spammy.

Make sure you have your visitors pre-qualify themselves. Weed out the people who don't want to put in any effort...because they really won't.

You have a story that people would want to hear. Most people pretend to have something of value to offer. You actually do. Plus, it establishes you as an authority.

I will be doing free webinars and may be some sort of forum to coach certain groups I just need to figure out the configuration so it stays manageable, I will not be able to take on tons of people to teach for free for a week in exchange of an optin hehe
But I DO have some similar ideas to give really good info and help people with the problems they're facing!

Haha that's a great title indeed !
Though I think it's more realistic to talk about my affiliate site then, based on SEO, bringing in 5fig a month for years and sold for mid 6, also managed by 2 persons only (really could be by just 1), that's more reachable for most affiliates I think than a paysite with thousands of affiliates and 60 employees

Yeah, definitely traffic. Traffic that is not rubbish, relatively inexpensive and LOTS of it.
