Adult Websites-Anyone heard of

myfreewebsite.com?

Seems like they set up the site, do everything and give you a commission.

Any input would be appreciated or even alternatives would be appreciated.

Thanks

Never used them, but I did check out their affiliate program, they payout some hefty commissions, so I would assume there's a HUGE UPSELL somewhere after sign up.

While I don't see the relationship w/ Adult Websites... I would get a Domain, Hosting and a good WordPress Theme... and avoid the free sites. At least if it's a site you plan to actually build and make money with, adult or not.

You'll have more control over your site & benefit more financially long-term if you build your own site from scratch - plus you can keep all the money from the sales you make!

It's not as daunting as it may sound. With WordPress, it's real simple. Just find a theme that fits the 'look' & 'feel' of the site you're looking for & plugins to add functionality.

I've had many bad experiences when hiring someone else to do my website. You don't have much control.

As said before, WordPress works great and is easy-to-use. You can find porn-related themes on adultsiteskins.com (not my website).

Good luck, let me know how it goes.

It is difficult to get SE traffic with cookie cutter websites. You could easily get a website but then there would be 100 other sites selling the same products with exactly same descpitions and text. So don't expect much help from Google. If you have another source for traffic and want to get started without much effort, fine.

It is actually an interesting platform. The company that owns it is a wholesaler and distributor of adult products so if you can find your niche, it might be the way to go. If not they are also a drop shipper so you can set up an e-commerce site (open cart, prestashop or others) and you will get better margins and control the customer. They give you a CSV if you want to run it yourself.
