What can I do with a list of emails from my social media account that are non-optin?

Not spamming them would be a great idea

If you are with an auto responder like aweber you can import the list and then send them a message asking them to opt in. From there anyone who signs up is a member of your list just like anyone else. That is the "correct" way to go about things. There are other sources where you could just start mailing to them right away but it really isn't the right thing to do. So just ask yourself how you would feel if you were on the other side of this and then do the right thing.

Ummm... most ESPs/list hosts (including Aweber) will shut down your account if they catch you importing a non-opt-in list.

I don't know what the deal is with all the "How do I spam this list" questions lately, but I feel it appropriate to remind folks... We do not allow promotion of unsolicited bulk email here. I've banned a half dozen or so people for it in the past week alone.

Not the place for that discussion.
