My Blog Needs Advice

Hi All, this is my blog richsplurger [dotcom]/blog1. What els can i do to make it better? Also, what should I add and remove?

    You need to brand your site. Your site's name, description and design are too generic.

    I don't see anything personal there. No picture, no about page. Heck, you're not even using your name to post there. Administrator?

    You also need a better incentive for me to click your affiliate banner ad, "one week marketing action plan" is too weak.

    Hi, also I think is necessary to put in an About Page, simple to reach.
    As a next step you need to put in some images connected to the post topic.
    And keep it personal, as a diary.
    Between the descriptive posts add some personal experiences, suggestions... things that visitors like to read !

    And never forget every week to add a post containing a free gift for your readers, they will really appreciate.

    Finally, adding one or two Adsense boxes, can be really important for a little income.

    Next I will put also my Blog to review : you gave me a good idea
