Choosing the right sales software - help needed

So I am looking for a piece of sales software (paid) which can make my life easier.
Over the past 5 years I have built up a huge list of clients who have opted into my email list due to buying products from me.
I've not decided I have a big enough list (over 10,000 emails) to start pitching new products to them.
As I have over 10,000 email i am going to need some great organisation to ensure each client feels like they are dealing with me rather than just a mass email and response set up.
Can you suggest any good websites where I can start setting up funnels and information on my clients etc etc
