Can You Recommend A WP Survey Plugin

Howdy fellow Warriors,

Hope you can help! I'm looking for a good WP survey plugin

Was looking at WP Survey and Quiz Tool...really looked exactly what I wanted but alas it seems it's no longer available, unless someone still has a copy. Read somewhere it was pulled because of security issues.

Here is an example of the type of form I'd like to build:

Happy to buy the right plugin but not a developer or CSS proficient so drag and drop...idiot proof is best

    That example is more of a contact form than a survey. For contact forms, check out "Contact Form 7". For real surveys, checkout PollDaddy and Survey Monkey.

    I'm using 'Gravity Forms' plugin. It seems to do exactly what you're looking for.

    You can use the free version of Mailchimp to create similar forms but if you want to be able to check how many people chose a particular option (eg. how many people prefer pdfs over video training) then you should take a look at Podio.

    This is really a Project Management tool but you can use it to create surveys that you then embed on your website. Really powerful and my favorite price - free!
