How do I add pdf file to thank you page? Do I have to ftp file to my host prior to putting on thank you/download page created in xsite pro ?

Do you mean you want a link on the thnk you page which when you click it, you can download the pdf file ? If so, then yes, you do ftp your pdf over to your host first and then create the link on your xsitepro which links to the pdf file address on your host. |

Call your hosting company if you're having trouble finding the URL of the link to the pdf. It's really a very simple process but I got stuck with it at first too. Once you know where to find the link you simply add it to your page as an anchor text such as "Download" or "Click Here To Download". I hope that helps. Joe |

In XSP you go to other, and link the file there. Then you use the hyperlink on your thank you page and link to the file. When you upload it will automatically upload the file.

There is a way to do it without using a ftp program. Although I forget about it alot and just ftp it and then link. Here is where it is in the program itself. From the menu choose; Goto - other -resource manager add the file there. then go to the page you want it on and create the link there. That way you don't have to know the location and link url yourself. Either way works. |
