well you need to be more specific in what you want too .. not just " want to make money" i mean share what ideas you have in your mind , and people here can assist from there experience weather it will work or not .. no offense ...

Hi,

First of all - you must put a headline on your site so that people see what it's all about.

You have 5 seconds to catch attention - otherwise visitors will just hit the 'Back' button.

Take away the 'About us' section from the home page.

You have to tell directly what it is, what service you offer, and most importantly - BENEFITS for people visiting your site.

Like:

"Are Your Tenants Making Your Head Hurt?
Our Attorneys Will Help You Protect Your
Rights In Any New York Court!"

And then give them easily scannable paragraphs telling - What they'll benefit if they choose you, What you're special with, etc.

Rgds,

Robert

I guess I'm one of the few selling an info product in a non-IM making niche...? -> EnglishHarmony!

You forgot to listen to the radio station WIIFM,

Actually I don't see much about Whats In It For Me.

As SpicyRobby says you have 5 secs to grab someone's attention.

No one really cares About Us, need to address the visitors need first.

Default here are a few ideas

Here's a question, what is one action you'd like me
to take when I first hit your site as a prospect?

How are you in front of video?

A nice strong benifit busting headline followed by
a video would be worth a test.

Under the video a call to action like call me now for
a free whatever.

Do you know if people are searching the keyword phrase
"New york real estate litigation attorney"?

I found your site unfocused and kind of a blur meaning
nothing jumped out and grabbed me. As it's been said
you got five sec. I think it's three ;-)

Grab me with what you can do for me, prove it, tell
me what to do next.

The first thing you need to improve is the design of your website. You can get a good designer at Elance or Guru.com
