Hiring A Recruiter On Odesk, Elance, Freelancer etc

I am looking to hire a recruiter to help fill a number of open positions we have within our ecommerce company.

I aim to hire via Odesk, or possibly Elance or Freelancer.

Before submitting a job post I thought it an idea to ask for recommendations & advice here.

Has anyone here successfully worked with and can confidently recommend a recruiter operating on Odesk, Elance etc ?

Advice / tips on recruiting a recruiter also very much welcomed.

Thanks in advance

I used Elance to hire web designers a couple of months ago. Signing up was easy and the freelancer did a fine job for me and his rates were pretty good. Cant really say anything about any other section apart from web designing tho.

Unfortynately, I haven't used oDesk or Freelancer so I can't say anything about them as well.

    Good luck

Go with caution. These site are now filled with dumb heads. Do not go with the reviews. Now people also buy fake reviews. So talk to them. See their previous work examples. Its better if you start with a small project of small budget. Some people have thousands of reviews with fake works. They actually not a pro. So its better if you start with a small budget job.

There is an untold secret about hiring freelancers. Screening. When someone applies to work for you throw them a quick test(google docs - simple questions?) and get to feel the person a little. Trust me this helps you filter out useless people.

    Good luck.
