Need Help with Escrow (seller)

Hi Guys I just sold a website at flippa auction.
Now it's time to receive the money the transfer domain and database.

So I choose escrow to complete this process, buyer also agree.

Anyone here used escrow can guide me ?

I can pay few $$ for the service...

I am from INDIA and buyer is from USA.

    I've used escrow for Flippa transactions. Here's what I'd do.

    1. Talk to the buyer and "initiate transaction" - its easy. Just create an account and you're good to go.

    2. Let your buyer put the money there (within 3 days).

    3. Once you have the confirmation email from escrow, start the transfer.

    It works fine from India too.

      I know the process I have read that on some forums already, but I want help with mode of payment.

      I got 4 option : Domestic Wire transfer, International Wire transfer, Paper check/ U/s mail delivery, Paper check overnight delivery.

      As the buyer and seller are from two different countries I think I have to go with International Wire Transfer, so I selected it > now it asking me to provide SWIFT CODE, IBAN number, IRC number. Swift code is marked with asterisk (*) and rest two are not.

      So I just want to know if providing only SWIFT CODE would work ? Or I have to fill in all the details ?

        I'm pretty sure the Swift code is the banks number, the IBAN (fairly sure that means International Bank Account Number) may identify which country. And the IRC is most likely the individuals account number. I'd say you need all 3. Best way, contact your bank and ask for the info.
