Selling a domain for the first time -- Need guidance

Hi, I received an email from a potential buyer asking if the domain was for sale. I replied yes with a price, which he promptly accepted.


This got me thinking, what's the preferred method among Warriors of getting a domain appraised? And for selling them? Because perhaps my proposal was too low. No site btw, simply domain.


And this is only the first of about a dozen I'm putting on the market. So best that I learn this before selling way below its market value.


Anyone feel free to PM me for the domain name (don't have whois privacy so rather not post it here).
