Website Retargeting. How?

Hi ya'll

I used to think retargeting or remarketing was mainly based around landing pages etc. But I notice now that no matter what I read online or where I go those websites come up everywhere, FB, Google etc.

Can any of you point me to an easy 'how to' guide so that I can set this up for my website please?

Would be super cool if anyone that reads one of my articles or posts is stalked forever until they succumb to the power of my content and subscribe to my list :p

    You need to create contents in your blog and video blogs on youtube. then you need to create web 2.0 blogs that links to your blog and video blog. this is called backlinking and will get you on all search engines in time. This will only work as well if you got your site optimized "on page" like tags, keywords, keywords in content, LSI, etc. the list goes on but i know it sounds complicated but once you understand it's very simple.
