Help me please!! Need to get traffic to my squeeze page

I am currently trying to promote products that help athletes jump higher. Can someone please tell me some good ways to get traffic to my squeeze page? I have a whole funnel set up but now I’m stuck on getting traffic to it. I’m willing to spend about $600 per month on advertising, is that even enough?

    My favorite traffic techniques are video marketing and JV giveaways. Once you set these up you will start to get trickles of traffic coming in. Then it snowballs... You start to see sign ups coming in on a regular bases. I know it works for me everything...

    Facebook is probably your best bet for this.

    You can use custom audiences to laser target
    the people that you want to reach.

    Whether $600 a month is enough is hard to tell but it
    should get you started.
