Which site first - PLEASE ADVISE

HI,
Long tie reader first post. I have a few ideas for sites and have even found some good domain names but need help deciding what direction to go first. Just so you know I have done a ton of research and continue to but want to start my first site while I can. My ideas are:
1. Make money online site - have experience making couple hundred doing surveys and through research know a bunch of other ways to potential make money with affiliates and what not
2. Home repair DIY site: I know a lot about this and do it myself. Very handy have done floors, kitchens, bathrooms so I know how to basically fix anything a homeowner coud do on their own and would try to make money on product referral
3. Fitness: I ran a gym for 5 years and workout regularly. Know a ton on this subject but not sure how to monetize besides possible product referral, email list, not sure
4. Painting and coating - worked for a major paint company for 3 years and know everything about different paints, epoxies and other coatings. This would be an advise and how to site and monetize through product referral, affiliate links, email collecting and more

Which one do you recommend I try first? Eventually I would love to do all three and more but need to ficus on one to start and I am asking for some help.
ANY ADVISE PLEASE AND THANKS

Personally I love the DIY sites -- probably because I wish I knew how to do it myself! You can probably get a lot of traffic from posting how-to videos on Youtube.

Can't comment on the profitability of it, though, but I'm sure there's a great market out there in the DIY realm.

Also, can't you combine the paint ideas with the DIY ones?

For the fitness niche, you could build an email list, then develop a fitness membership site based on all the fitness knowledge that you have learned over the years. Promote this new fitness membership site to your email list of people who are interested in fitness. Also you could then have affiliates(other people) drive traffic to your site as well and pay them a commission for doing so.

All the best with whatever you decide.

Launch them all off and go for the one that people respond to. For every 10 websites I launch off probably 9 of them turn out to be complete flops. People simply visit the sites and don't do anything but look around for a few seconds. Once you find something that works focus solely on that one idea and scale it as much as possible.

    Discard #1.

Of the others, research the competition, traffic, monetization possibilities, etc. This should give you an idea of which will be easiest to break into and the most profitable.

So my pick is the one that comes out on top after you complete your market research.

For every 10 websites I launch off probably 9 of them turn out to be complete flops.
My average is slightly (much) higher. I'd rather do a little research then build nine useless websites. But that's just me.
