Which tracking software should I be using?
I have kind of a complicated sales funnel and would appreciate suggestions for tracking software that would meet my needs.
My sales process looks like this:
1) Prospect sees my ad on Adwords, Bing, AOL, TrafficVance, Facebook, RTB.
2) When they click on my ad they're taken to an email opt-in page (I use Office Autopilot for email marketing; my site is built on Wordpress).
3) Once the person opts in they're redirected to a sale page (on all traffic sources except Adwords). If they buy, the transaction is processed through Clickbank (I don't use my own shopping cart or merchant account).
4) If they don't buy they're put into a "prospects" autoresponder series (again, I use OAP for that).
5) Over the following days/weeks/months I send out a mix of useful content and sales pitches. The email sales pitches link to sales pages which link to Clickbank order forms.
In an ideal world I'd have ONE tracking solution that could tell me the (1) traffic source and (2) keyword/placement that got the person onto my list AND (3) the autoresponder message they ultimately bought through (if they didn't buy immediately after opting in).
Complicating things is the fact that my email opt-in pages are followed immediately by a sales page on Bing et al, but not Adwords (because I'm afraid of getting the smack-down from Google).
I'd gladly pay for a one-stop solution and a person to set it up for me.
Any suggestions?
