How to Transfer Subscribers from Mailchimp to Aweber?

Hi,

I have a list of 900+ DOI with Mailchimp. I want to move my list to Aweber. Please suggest how should I proceed with this?

I tried with one small list and found that less than 10% people have subscribed again.

    Aweber requires the entire list to opt in again. This is one of their major drawbacks as a service. Getresponse on the other hand will allow you to import the list without a new round of optins. You just have to promise them that it's your list, and not something you bought from a third party.

    you can also try GVO/PL as you can import with them too without the second opt in.

    if you are going to move to aweber and email out again then its worth emailing them from mailchimp with a link to your new list/squeeze page to try and funnel as many back over ..but guaranteed you wont get the full quota without down a direct import.
