Reliable paid proxy lists?

Can anyone recommend a paid source for daily working proxy lists? Ive tried my-proxy.com but they dont accept paypal without having to fax your passport! Ive searched google, but there is tons of spam.

Any advice appreciated. Cheers.

I hope you don't mind my asking, but why do you need to always use a proxy? I'm just curious because I never figured out why proxies are important (except maybe in a place like China where they try to control the content people can view).
