Affiliate Network Signup Page

I was just checking an affiliate network page to see what was required to signup to the network. It was asking for 'Payment Information'.

It gives you the options of..

Corporation, individual/sole proprietor, partners/LLC/LLP or other.

THEN it asks for SSN/Tax ID.

Do i NEED to provide a Tax ID to an affiliate network, really?

I do not have a Tax ID? It also has the red * beside it (so it must be filled in).

Any suggestions or what i need to do?

    Check your previous answers is correct. Other options may not require tax info?

      Contact the relevant affiliate rep Michael. I think I had the same issue

        I did a bit of research and found out that if you aren't from the US you can just put in 'Noun US resident' and that is acceptable.
