Just to let you guys know, this is only my opinion and I want anyone who feels the need to add or comment to this info to do so. I want to know how you guys feel about this and what other things you know about how to make an unstoppable team. Here goes... If you’re not in the right team then it doesn’t matter for the life of you how hard you try to succeed. In any powerful opportunity and in any successful business, it is a proven fact that the right team with the right values and objectives that are all in unison along with the right systems will lead to a POWERFUL business. This is applicable to either your upline and their leadership or YOUR downline, which will rely on YOUR leadership. What does the right team mean anyway? A good team in my opinion should at least have the following attributes: 1. They have to have a substantial enough downline or organization to truly show that they can show you how to achieve the exact results they are achieving. There is nothing worse than partnering up with someone that only has a few people in their group and obviously have no clue how to duplicate. 2. Your ideal team should have a system in place in order for anyone to plug into and begin learning and implementing real business and marketing tactics. This does not mean the harassing of the family and friends and cold calling junk that basically are soliciting people. 3. They are motivated, empowered and productive people who are mentors and are able to teach and train others how to become leaders and in turn they can become leaders and duplicate their organization to no end. 4. Weekly meetings, teleconferencing and webinars are held within this group to introduce the business to new prospects and reinforce the organization with regards to mission, values and mindset. Weekly trainings fall into this category as well. 5. They are available and accessible as mentors and trainers to guide you along your journey in you business and give you information to get around any pitfalls that occur within your group. 6. They are available to do a three way meeting either on the phone, face-to-face or on the internet to talk to your prospects if they need more information about the business that you are unable to answer. These are the main things to look out for when you are picking your team because this actually applies to any network marketing company that exists. Take a serious look around you right now and team up with people who share your vision of creating a truly unstoppable group. To often people enter a network marketing company and end up with poor results because the team itself wasn’t strong enough to begin with. I know, I know. You're thinking 'But Vincent, aren't we suppossed to be responsible for our own results anyway?' That's absolutely true. That's why if you can't do anything about your upline, then take matters into your own hands and CREATE the team that you want and follow the steps above to retain and grow your business. Remember, those with the strongest team wins! |
