How do you create styled bullet lists?

INTERNET MARKETING

The only thing these programs allow me to do with bullet points is this:

Do I need an app from WordPress to create different types of bullet images?

Weebly.com?

Webs.com?

Wix?

You can create a list with the ul tag, give it a class and then style the list.
For more reference, this should be clear enough for you.

  You don't need any additional plugins. If you want to use an image in your bullet lists, you do it with html and the style sheet. (Normally called style.css)
