Do a research by yourself. I really don't think anyone would be willing to share this kind information with you because when you know a nice niche you don;t want to get a lot of competitors in it.

You might want to outsource the research needed for this. You want NEW niches not evergreen niches so this will take some legwork. The good news is that there are software tools out there that help you but you're probably better off hiring someone to do this research since filtering niches based on potential PROFIT takes lots of analytical skills.

I will gladly disagree with some of these replies.
One a new niche can be an evergreen niche, just a subniche of that.
I would actually stay with evergreen niche and find a micro niche of that.

Evergreen will never die they just find new ways to do things and you have to be there first.

Finding a NEW niche in itself is virtually impossible. There are lots of evergreen niches and you may be able to find a SUB-niche that is new.
However, why would you want the stress of a new niche when evergreen niches already have proven themselves over and over again?

Idea #2: Teaching English Abroad is an evergreen micro-niche. One way to monetize is to generate leads for companies that are trying to recruit teachers in their countries. I also see some infopreneurs creating an ebook or video series teaching people what they should know when teaching abroad in (insert country name here).

They cover how to get the job, what type of person should be applying for that job, what to expect and know about the culture of that particular country, culinary tips, how to obtain housing, how to avoid getting ripped off, etc.

Some of them use Clickbank already, so you can find some of these already and market them as an affiliate if you want to.

Idea #3: Mature Online Dating - With the fairly new creation of websites like OurTime.com and a growing, aging singles population, the mature online dating niche is going to see immense growth over the next decade. And guess what? There are hardly any infoproducts in this specialized niche, a savvy marketer who can navigate these waters is going to clean up, big time.

Idea #4: Dental Medical Equipment - Now this specialized niche is a little tricky because guess what? I wanted to explore ONE kind of monetization whereby I would be an affiliate for 1 or 2 companies.

Last week I contacted, via phone, 4 dental medical equipment companies and NONE of them had an affiliate program. I managed to speak to the owners of 2 of the 4 and they were OPEN to setting up an affiliate program if I could show them how I could double their business.

The other 2 were not so interested, however, I didn't get to speak to the decision markers, so I wouldn't give up there.

To a marketer who isn't afraid of making a few phone calls and setting up affiliate programs for these tiny micro-niche firms, you can make a lot of money.

Idea #5: Text Flirting - Yep, that's right, with the incredible growth of social media and mobile devices, these specialized mirco-niches are springing up everywhere and having a whole life of their own, with their own subtle nuances.

There are some marketing savvy PUAs (pick up artists) who are quietly making a high 5 figure and modest 6 figure income specializing in the dating advice market's highly specialized niches.

Many marketers missed this specialized micro-niche because if you were to do some keyword research, you would look at the few keywords this micro-niche has, look at the monthly searches, and you wouldn't think of evern giving this a second look. Well, marketers who know how to create sales funnels know that there are ways to reach this audience (hint: paid advertising and JVs).

That's it for now! Good luck with your niche-hunting.

Nate, what makes you think that what was profitable in 2012 or 2013, can not be in 2014?

There are already existing markets that have been proven for years and years to be extremely profitable and all you need to do is go evergreen! There are over 50 evergreen markets out there!

      Anyways, here's a quick list for you;

      - Vlogging; this is becoming more and more profitable, i bet it will be one of the hottest trends for years to come! People making INSANE amounts of money(and traffic) with vlogs right now!

      - Vines; same thing as vlogging, people are getting MASSIVE exposure everyday with videos of just 6 seconds! Same for vlogging, think about marketing folks...

      - 3D printing
      - Youtube
      - Meditation
      - Sleep paralysis
      - Chakra healing
      - wrinkles products
      - Wearable technology
      - Teeth whitening
      - Mobile marketing(over 1 billion people
accessing the web from their mobile devices)
      - Huvrboard skates(if not a hoax or just a viral marketing campaign)

      Which is nearly impossible.

Why "new" niche markets when there are already PROVEN, EVERGREEN money making markets out there with literally MILLIONS and MILLIONS of highly profitable sub markets and relative sub niches and micro niches?

Why not going where the money is being made already?

The market research has already been done for you and its in plain sight!

The Top 10 New Niches of 2014 Are: *drumroll*

...The niches YOU are best at.

I know that that's not the answer you want to hear, but believe me, even if you enter a great niche and don't know anything about it or are not passionate about it, you are NOT going to be profitable.

      1) Firstly, You'll not be good at value-adding since you know little about the niche and are not terribly interested in the niche.

      2) You'll not know what excites your prospects and presses their "hot buttons" since you're not even interested in that niche.

This will lead to "work", not "fun" since you feel nothing for that niche except that you know it's profitable and you want to bank in. Your marketing efforts will show the "strain", your prospects will catch wind of it, and your marketing will eventually just not be effective anymore.

I've tried dating, weight loss etc etc etc. Make no mistake, they're ALL profitable. Your marketing angle is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE.

But, once you've gotten that girlfriend/wife then what? If your product IS GOOD AND WORKS, your customer is gone...

Same for weight loss, once the stubborn fat is gone, then what?

Which is why I still prefer money-making opportunities. Will a rich man ever say no to great new opportunities? Hell no! On the contrary, actually. He's got money to burn and would be more than willing to try new money-making opportunities, whether they truly work or not, because they offer the POSSIBILITY of him making even more money.

And a poor man needs money badly, hence he'll try anything, especially low-cost/no-cost opportunities that can be scaled up.

Sure, IM is highly competitive. It's competitive because people are buying and sellers know it. It's a proven market. You just have to be more creative than the next guy.

If you're really looking for niches, I suggest going through Google Trends.

      I hope that helped.

      Cheers!

I've been in various dating markets for over a decade so I can assuredly tell you that the customer is not "gone".

Girlfriends come and go for many men, and guess what happens when they do get serious and/or get married? You simply market relationship-based products /services to them.

You can cross-sell a bunch of different products and services that go really well with dating infoproducts and services, some of the more obvious ones are workout regimens, supplements, vitamins, and even self-improvement / mindset products. If you know how to segment your lists based on their interests you can really target your offers.

The customer isn't gone, he's just had a slight change to his lifestyle, but if he likes and trusts you, he will continue to buy from you. Just sayin'.......
