Does super-high CPC turn you off?

Hi Warriors,

Im looking to start my IM journey and one of the Niches im considering starting on is 'Property investing for the low income earner'

Why? because its what I do, and property investing/renovations are a true passion of mine, I dont stop talking about it!

When I look on the google keywords tool however, it looks so competitive that some suggested CPC is around $10

Would you say back to the drawing board???

    I have a couple of real estate sites up I make some money on. I don't get rich off them but one makes about a 100 a month and the other less.

    I'm not totally turned off by a 10 buck keyword but I sure won't pay it. I would find other ways to advertise, the best thing about real estate is when they search they search the forums blogs ect. So there are lots of avenues to advertise especially banner ads, forums, blogs ect.

    If that is what you do and your passionate about it and you learn other ways to find customers then go for it.

    No... a higher CPC means to me... and I'm not sure if I'm the only one here... but it means more money to me. The competition may be high... the cost is high... therefor I know with the right offer my profits will be high with the right amount of data.

    For you, in your niche... a deal could be worth lots of money... so paying $10 per click with the right targeting could be very profitable for you.

    Get a bit of education before jumping into it... but once you do... get that real world experience and take action.

    why not try bing cpc or facebook and i have had lots of success with videos on youtube
