I haven't posted in the forum in a while I guess because I haven't had anything this powerful to post lately. I hope this benefits you fellow Warriors... Jay Abraham once said something that changed my life (and how much money was in my bank account). I can't find the exact quote from his book called “Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You've Got,” but it goes something like this: Brilliant marketing is the ability to get the most results out of your time, money, energy, and resources. Sounds simple, yet put it into practice... what if you stripped away all of the least effective marketing strategies and you were left with a list of your most powerful ones? In my business, I take this idea and apply it to what I want. Which is a “hands-off” business. I strive to only work a couple hours per day. This only leaves time to do about 7 things throughout the week... though they're the 7 things that have the most impact. This is what is currently making me the most money with the least amount of effort in no particular order. 1) Calls and Webinars as an Affiliate: I set up calls and webinars with other marketers who do a lot of calls and webinars for 2 reasons... First, I love providing these free trainings for my clients and they seem to love me for it. It's excellent and powerful material. Why send my clients to just another sales page when we can have an interactive training that really benefits their business? Hosting free calls and webinars also increases buyer frequency, builds relationships, and builds authority. Secondly, it gives me a chance to sell mid-end to high-end priced products at a higher conversion rate. Usually these are special offers like $300 off a home study course, and I'm glad to offer these deals to my clients because they're quality products and services at a discount. 2) Ad Swaps: This is a simple way to build your list big, fast, and with subscribers who have seen the marketer they know, like, and trust endorse you. Basically with ad swaps, you set a date and time with another marketer who has a similar sized list... and you blast an e-mail for them while they do the same for you, typically sending your lists to eachothers' squeeze pages. I like this way of listbuilding because it's insanely powerful, nearly effortless, and frees up my time to go do what I want. My longtime marketing buddy Jit Uppal who started masterminding with me since we were making an embarrassing amount of money for our efforts, grew his list from 3,500 to 10,000+ in a little over 2 months with primarily doing ad swaps. Sounds powerful, eh? 3) Bumping WSOs: Cheap. Simple. Effective. You know about WSOs. I try to have 2 in rotation at all times and just bump them. It's an easy, hands-off way to grow your business. 4) Funneling Clients Into Quality Recurring Commission Programs: For me, promoting continuity programs as an affiliate makes up a little over 1/3 of my overall income. The way I build subscriptions with the least amount of effort is 3-fold: Promote the programs on my opt-in thank you page (build continuity subscriptions while building your list), promoting the programs in my Global Fields so that whenever an e-mail goes out clients see the offer, and sometimes through Warrior Classified Ads/Exit Popups on my websites. Have I spent any extra time and energy building continuity subscriptions? No. 5) Semi-Autopilot Blogging & Outsourcing Linkbuilding: This one is simple and hands-off. Outsource link building, invest in some darn good PLR, have an article writer re-work the articles to make them unique, and load up the articles in a blog to auto-post 1 post per day. How much time does this take? It takes some time loading up articles, but once they're loaded, you can sit back for even 100 days while your blog is posting content on autopilot... and your outsourcing team is building links for you. ...I was recently outsourcing some original article writing for posting at article directories at least 10 times per day. However, I found it wasn't worth my time submitting the 10 articles to the directories all day. I still blast at least 1 article each day to 400+ ezinearticles.com-like sites for backlink building. That said, what may not be worth my time may be worth your time. The reason I say it's not worth my time is because of what Jay Abraham said combined with the type of hands-off business I want... to make the most out of your money, time, and resources (me: in 2 hours per day). Bottom line... It's not that this wasn't effective. It's that I found the time spent doing this could produce greater results by doing something else. 6) Arranging JV Deals Where Big Ticket Commissions Can Be Made As An Affiliate: Once I started selling products and services at $1,997-$5,000, I noticed about 1/4-1/3 of my income started coming from those sales. Plus I made sure that when I sold one, I didn't have to do the work, but my JV partner did. I don't create products anymore (I may in the future but who knows) and I don't have but one service that I don't even promote because I don't want to do the work. My JV partners don't mind these type of deals because they do the work every day and they're glad to get more business, even if it's their home study course or coaching program or high end service. Again in this case Jay Abraham's law + what I want my business to be like... comes into play. I may be able to make more money overall by providing the big ticket product or service completely by myself, but it's still not the most effective way to utilize my time, money, energy, and resources. My goal is working 2 hours per day, so to do this work all by myself would require at least 2 more hours of work per day. 7) Hosting JV Giveaways: I'm beginning to find that hosting JV Giveaways is actually pretty easy... and it's a powerful way to generate tons of subscribers fast. However, I wouldn't be able to host any JV giveaways if I didn't work hard in the past to build my resources and partnerships. ...Do you see my point about most results with least amount of effort in this case? What else could you possibly do besides spend a whole lot of money to build your list bigger and faster than host JV giveaways? Can you think of even 1 thing? ...So you might be wondering... Can you utilize these 7 strategies without a list, resources, high traffic website, or funds? 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 are honestly out of the question for most marketers. But let me say this, I worked hard to build my resources and build my capital so that I can invest back in my business. EVEN SO, even if you're not quite at the point where you can do these things, first of all print out this post so you can when you want to maximize profits from the resources you've built... You wont find this information even in many places, even expensive-to-access places. Secondly, this idea of making the most money with the least amount of effort applies to your situation no matter what. Just get a piece of paper and write this title “What Will Make Me The Most Money With The Least Amount Of Effort?” Then list the 3 to 7 things and ONLY focus on them every week. ...And now... In the past we would share our most powerful strategies like this right here on Warrior Forum. I don't hang around enough to really know if it's the same way it was even just a couple years ago. However, whether it is or isn't, I'd like to know your top 3 to 7 strategies that make you the most money with the least amount of effort. |

Jason, thanks for this. It's great to see the thinking and strategies that go on in a successful mind. There's a lot more behind the scenes in IM than meets the newbie eye... |

completely off-topic, but Jason Parker is a name I've looked forward to seeing in my Inbox. I appreciated the easy-to-understand, excellent (generous) content you provide and the fact that yes, you can indeed email you and you respond.....that doesn't happen very often, not even from those I am an affiliate for.....so again, thanks! Your post here has gone over a little over my head.....but I continue to learn. Cheers! Terri |

I appreciate the easy-to-understand, excellent (generous) content you share, and yes, you do provide a response which I can't say for those who I am an affiliate for. Now this post is a little over my head, but I'm learning quick! Cheers, Terro |

Thanks for the comments everybody. @Terri - My pleasure. There was something else I meant to say about strategy #1. Something I'm beginning to do... What I'm doing is setting up webinars as a host, you know that part. The extra part is that I'm doing deals where I can set up my JV partners on the 2-tier below me, so they can promote the webinar through their affiliate links, so not only do I get commissions from my own promotions but I get 2-tier commissions as well. This is good because with the right JV partners, you can really pack a webinar. You have to have some massive resources to max out a webinar at 1000 guests. |

I like the webinar idea. I have yet to do one, but have some friends getting into them, and they seem to be a highly successful way to get people interested in what you have to offer, and to build customer/list loyalty. Thanks for the list |

Great post Jason The best thing about ad swaps is that they're easy to set up and it's a tactic where everyone wins. All of our subscribers get more useful free stuff and newsletter owners get to grow their lists bigger. But here is the biggie: doing ad swaps over a period of time is like doing a rolling launch of your product. Instead of going for the 'big kill' and getting a lot of leads and sales in a short space of time, you spread things out and eventually you'll find that your list building grows at a similar staggering pace. Here is a post Rich Schefren made on his blog about doing rolling launches, which can be far more powerful and personable than normal launches: http://www.strategicprofits.com/effe...olling-launch/ Fabian |

My success has come from constantly building, building, building, and building relentlessly. Joint Venture Deal. It's just a term that means a business-related deal between you and another marketer. For example, you mail for his product and he mails for yours in return. This JV deal in particular is called Crosspromoting.

Hi, I'm here to learn ![]() Pardon the interruption but; Ad Swaps: What do you mean? Do I understand the result is, you share your e-mail list with another marketer and they share theirs with you? Why do you call it 'ad' swapping? Also, what's a WSO? Senve, JV = Joint Venture |

| Yes. I think I said this in my original post... my friend grew his list by 6,500 in like 2 months and a few days with this strategy. Now he has a list of 10,000 that he can help and market to forever, as long as they stay subscribed.

| I would love to start building an email list. But I don’t even know were to begin to build a list or how to drive traffic to get the list started. So all the terms and suggestions used above is beyond me. Can anyone help with an easy to follow solution. I would love to get started but it all seems broad and I dont know where to start.... |

Step 1) Get an autoresponder account at GetResponse.com (my recommendation). Step 2) Create a squeeze page with something to give away like a short PDF report, mp3, or video. Free tutorials within GetResponse will teach you how to place the code on your squeeze page. Step 3) Drive traffic to squeeze page.

| Jason, what do you usually give away? You said short PDF reports so would I need to come up with my own or give away someone else's? From what I under stand you would want your own information product. If I used someone else's wouldn’t it have all the links to their products? Or am I totally off here? Should I choose a niche to focus on and if so how do I determine which one to focus on? |

It sounds like you could benefit from an ebook on the basics from someone like Warrior Steven Wagenheim. ...As for your gift, I prefer coming up with my own stuff because a big part of e-mail marketing is building your authority. Giving away your own information no matter what niche you're in, you'll start building authority right away, which leads to trust in your expertise... which combined with relationship building + a good deal = sales.

| I'm not sure which one would be right for you, but I know he writes a lot of ebooks for internet marketers just starting out. You can probably find one that matches what you want to know in the WSO section of this forum or just Google "Steven Wageneheim." You'll probably find something. There are other people to learn from as well. Steven just comes to mind and is good at laying everything out clearly I think. Things like... How To Choose A Niche How To Build An E-Mail List How To Generate Traffic How To Affiliate Market Article Marketing Should get you off to a good start. |

You should consider c0-registration too. It's the only way to build a targeted list of double opt-in subscribers WITHOUT having to send them to a squeeze page. In other words - you don't have to do any work ...just provide value, build a relationship, and make relevant offers.Check out List Builder $1 Dollar Trial Offer! Many of the big name gurus use this service. (it's mine) Happy list building! |
