How do you add images to teespring?

I recently ordered 2 t-shirt designs from fiverr for a teespring campaign. The order was completed today and was delivered via zip file. My question is how do I upload this to teespring? When I try to add the file it doesn't load up and yes I unzipped it, does anyone have a solution for this? Should I shrink the image to make it fit? Any answers would be AWESOME thanks in advance

    There is a tab for adding images. Click on it and upload image in jpg or png etc format.

    If it's not uploading then it sounds like the image was supplied to you in the wrong format.

    What format is the image in?

    Also try a different browser. I find Chrome is best for the TeeSpring designer.
