Best Payment Processor For Recurring Billing With Aweber

I need to send weekly files out via Aweber after a subscription fee is paid. I was going to set it up via Clickbank, but I understand they will remove you if no sales are made. Also you have to use an Aweber address as your main email address which means you never see emails from Clickbank.

I am looking at alternatives and so far PayPal seems a viable option.

Any advice on the subject would be appreciated.
