How to get solid articles for less than $0.5

Hey,

I wanted to say hi to everyone in this forum and I really don't like it when people just say hi and provide no value with it, so I decided to share something with you guys.

Would you like to get an article for less than fifty cents? Here it goes

I actually managed to do it for $0.1 but it's hard. It's no problem at $0,50.

Here's what you do.

You sit down and decide what you want to write about. You know how it goes.

Once you're done with that, create a rough outline (just 3-4 points: one for intro, one or two for body and one for conclusion)

Put those points on paper.

Fire up your audacity.

Record your article. (just talk. It takes me about 2 minutes to create one)

once you have one done, change the sequence of your points in your plan and then talk again. Record 10 or 20.

Go to Get A Freelancer or Rent A Coder and post a project for transcriptionists. It is NO PROBLEM to find providers from the US or Great Britan to work for you at $0.5 for 500 words (think what happens if your articles are shorter than 500 words, like 350 or something)

They will be happy to work at that price.

If you want to hire someone full time from the Philippines, you'll get people to work at $0.10 per 500 words.

Ridiculous. I know, but it really does work.

If you have questions, go ahead and ask

so... Hello everyone!

    Hey Morgan,

Welcome to the WF. We're glad you're aboard. You are absolutely correct that "speaking" is an easy way to create articles.

I have to agree with ExRat, Dragon Naturally Speaking is wonderful for doing transcriptions.

Once you train it to your voice you can even drop in an MP3 or a WAV of you speaking and it will transcribe your presentation.

I carry a small recorder everywhere and speak my ideas into it, then connect it to my computer, download my spoken material, and tell Dragon to transcribe it.

    It's toooooo easy.

The more time you invest in using Dragon, the
      more accurate it will become.

In the long run it's a much better investment
than making a recording and then having it
      transcibed.

        Thanks John,

I might give it a second chance after I get a good headset. The one I have now is a little busted

Heh, Morgan I agree that people always drastically underestimate the amount of time it actually takes to correct and polish the stuff made by programs like DNS or any of the content-spinners. You might actually have a very good alternative there in fact.

Of course everybody has their own situation, for instance I can type just as fast as I can talk so it's no problem for me. But the tip is appreciated and I'm sure I'll be recommending it to at least a couple people
