2014 Edition: Paul's Handy Little Guide to the Warrior Forum
Here it is, folks. Paul's Handy Little Guide to the Warrior Forum: The 2014 edition.
It's not that much different than the 2011 version, really, except that there are some new discussion groups and sales channels added. Oh, and it's now available in glorious XMind and flat graphic formats. Along, of course, with the original Freemind format.
Well, there's also the fact that we have a couple hundred thousand new members since then who haven't seen this. Which kind of counts. A little.
Why should you bother with it?
Well, it includes links to all the discussion sections, pointers to the various sales and advertising channels (along with ways to get more from them), tips on stuff most people don't even know exists here, links to the most important rules threads, hints about ways to run whole businesses here without any other sites, warnings about not depending too much on this forum, and (pausing for a breath) it will give you an excellent overview of just how big this place really is and what you can do here.
It is possibly the fastest way you'll find to get familiar with all your options here.
It also makes both an excellent floor wax and a dessert topping. Did I mention that it's 100% free? Not only is there no opt-in, you don't even have to leave this post to get the files!
If you just want the overview as a graphic, grab that. It's in JPG format.
If you prefer the editable XMind version, you can get that below, and will need to download and install XMind (free): Download XMind for Windows - XMind: The Most Professional Mind Map Software (available for most platforms).
Same for Freemind, except for the name: Download - FreeMind
The actual mindmap files are attached. Download whichever you think will be most useful.. Either way, grab the manual.
