where should i send hight ticket paypal shopping cart abandonments?

Hello,

I'm promoting a product with a ticket price of $395. Paypal gives you the option of sending a prospect to a particular page if they abandon the shopping cart.

where should I send these people? to a page with an "act now for a discounted price"?

I appreciate any input.

    I would send them to a squeeze page and putting them on a new list.

    Then I would send them emails and try to find out why on earth they did not buy.

    I would try it by simply asking or even by bribing them with a $10 giftcard or something.

    If you would ask 10 people that way that did not buy the $395 product and can fix the reason they did not buy your $100 would be very well invested indeed.
