Selling Sites On Flippa & YouTube assets?

Hi guys. I'm thinking of selling some sites on flippa. I have YouTube videos ranking for them, so what can I do with these?

They're part of the business, so of course the new owner should have them, but I'm just wondering about YouTube tos... What do people normally do on flippa in this situation?

    You technically can't sell the youtube account.

    I have sold sites with Youtube feeding them and promised to leave the youtube videos untouched as well as provide the source files to the new owner.

    This has worked well for me

    Technically its not allowed to sell off your youtube acount

    But many people are doing on flippa and transfering the whole data which belong to website and related to website
