Black Hat products on Clickbank?

Does anyone know if you can sell blackhat products on Clickbank or are they on the banned list.

do you mean blackhat or illegal (as in spam, clickjacking etc) they are very different things. Blackhat is not illegal generally, just goes against things like Goggles guidelines, which in the real world are meaningless anyway
