Trying to figure out cheapest with less risk; list building and solo ads or affiliate niche site
and by niche sites i mean 10 pages with an ad of 1 product
My Questions
- what has the fastest return rate
- what has the least risk
List Building
- you have to constantly be pumping money into solo ads
Niche Sites
- risk because of Google and the fact that no-one may buy
Ive put my money down on both . List building takes a little while to get used to and niche sites or things that you can just set up and leave alone. Niche sites cost on average between 100$/300$. List building is a constant investment.
In your experience which have you found most valuable, not considering the fact of making money from it but as something as time value?
I understand both methods very clearly and am dedicated to make them both work. But unfortunately i have very little money right now and can only choose one, niche sites are incredibly easy to build and rank and list building brings in more money quickly. What are your suggestions?
