Delavo Down? - Delavo Gold Users Pls HELP!

I use Delavo Gold as the backbone of my operations. Some products are linked in via the API.

Today my Delavo install seems to have reverted to a non-Gold version and lost a bunch of functionality which is stopping some of my linked products working.

I am unable to reach Delavo support at their URL:

Does anyone with a Delavo Gold subscription also have this problem today?

It looks like their servers are having trouble - which could be the cause for my install reverting to a more basic state. Does anyone know how I can get support from John Delavera?
