What? I'm sorry, I'm not getting your question. How do you know there are several files that are empty without having the ability to delete them? Maybe you can post a screenshot on here?

Hi, what I mean is that there were two templates. I've copied everything from one file and pasted to the other, to make only one css file. And from the one that I copied, I deleted all the codes, so it is now empty. So now I want to delete this empty folder. Is there an option for that?

You can delete the empty folder via ftp or cpanel. In cpanel go to file manager. A box will open which will have several options. One is "Document Root for:" Tick this, it's a radial button. Then click on the drop down arrow and select the website which has the empty folder. Click go.

Your websites directories will be shown. Double click on the blue folder named wp-content. Then double-click on the blue folder named themes. Double-click on the blue folder that is the theme you are working on. When this opens you will see a list of all the files in the theme's directory. Highlight the css file, (make sure it's the correct one!), and then click on the red cross (delete) that is in the panel at the top.

To be on the safe side take a copy of the file before deleting it just in case you make a mistake.
