PR Page rank DROP?

My site just dropped from PR3 to PR0. Has anybody else noticed a sudden drop in page rank?

What does that mean? Does this drop indicate that my site has incurred some kind of penalty or something?

    Hi RWD,

    Yep, many sites experienced this huge drop. Google is slapping down many sites.

    1: Create quality, relevant content on your site, each day, or on a blog linked into the site.

    2: Get crazy on social; promote others, help others, on FB, twitter, Google Plus, LI....and do so daily.

    3: Focus less on trying to get and more on giving. Google is rewarding people who have built their sites on high amounts of helpful content, with tons of social shares.

    I stayed at PR 3 by following these fundamentals for the past 4 years.
