bad experiences with JVZoo

So I'm wanting to promote some WSO's and joined JVZoo but their site is extremely hard to figure out. Some aspects of their site are impossible to know or understand because they have their own proprietary way about them, which is fine, but I would at least expect directions. Problem is, their directions are pretty much non-existent. No FAQ, no help files, very few knowledgebase articles and videos.

In addition, their support has been very poor. Asked questions and I was referred to their knowledgebase. Asked again and never heard back after 4 days.

Joined their facebook group, posted questions there - 1 person responded over 4 days but didn't answer too much - and that's it. I'm wondering whether they think I'm just some stupid newbie affiliate marketer, which is not the case. Even if it was the case, you never know when a newbie would turn into a super affiliate!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same problem with JVZoo.

I know it's not me because I've been affiliate marketing for a few years and belong to many networks. None of those have been a problem at all. As a matter of fact, I just checked out Warrior Plus and had no issues at all. Easy to understand. No problems.

For those experienced with JVZoo and Warrior Plus, any thoughts on advantages or disadvantages?

Thanks
Tony

The one downside to using JVZoo as an affiliate is that tons of products are listed each day, most of them are PLR or MMR garbage and it can be tough to spot unique products.

All the columns on the main affiliate page (https://www.jvzoo.com/affiliates/findproducts) can be sorted according to launch date, commission, etc: 2014-03-20_1109 - MarkHess's library

There's also links on top for 'top sellers' the past day, 7 days, etc...

    Finding WSO's:

On the JVZoo top menu click on "Affiliates". A dropdown menu will appear, click on "find products": 2014-01-23_0519 - MarkHess's library

From there you can select "WSOs Only" or "Newest Launched WSOs": 2014-01-23_0520 - MarkHess's library

Personally, I don't find it difficult to use... one thing to keep in mind is that if you don't have many affiliate sales showing through JVZoo, chances are the vendor will put you on delayed payments instead of instant.

It also pays to keep in tune with the launch scene on sites like http://muncheye.com and http://warriorjv.com so you can plan out promotions.

      Mark,
      Thanks for your reply.
Yeah, the affiliate "products to promote" chart is one of my confusions. That chart is not clear at all. Your points I've already figured out. What I can't tell is, the way items and sellers, and other info is displayed, what is it trying to tell me, the affiliate? I won't go into my detailed questions here. Suffice it to say, there are no instructions how to interpret the chart.

The other confusion is the 90 day delay (which is EXTREMELY LONG, IMO). I understand a delay, but 90 days? No other affiliate network takes this long. In addition, there's no explanation of the delay and what the criteria is to get off it. For instance, I wouldn't promote anything at all knowing I'd be paid in 90 days, but say if I prove myself in month 1 by being honest, selling some product, does this mean I'll be switched to instant? If so, I can accept that.

Thanks in advance for your help. Somehow, I'm not sure why every new affiliate signing up isn't confused as well.

I feel what your saying. As for the delay, I have found that if you contact the vendor directly and tell them about your experience and your sites they'll reconsider.

Another thing I noticed that got me to instant status with some vendors was when I told them how much benefit I got from actually using their product
