How to secure a Clickbank site

I got an email the other day from someone saying they could download my product for free and then gave me an affiliate link for DLGuard.

Not sure whether to believe this person because I thought I had taken pretty good steps to keep everything secure.

But just in case, what are the steps I need to take to make sure my download page is not found without paying?

Clickbank has their owning link masking but it will take forever for the page to load so I do not use it.

PM the link to your product site and I'll tell you if you're secure or not, and some tips for security (you might want to get DLGuard). Don't worry, I won't spam you with affiliate links =)

The free method is use the password protected directory feature in your hosting to protect your download page with username and password.

You will provide your customer username and password after they made payment.

Of course, if you're looking for a software to manage your download page and products, you might consider to get a paid software.

Check out the easier and simple software: EasyDownloadGuard.com

    Thank you.

Actually that's quite a clever (though shady) ploy.

You could challenge him to email you the product and
if he can't I'd report him to Sam Stephens (the author
    of DLGuard)
