What do you think of this blog idea?

Hey guys,

I live in Edinburgh, in Scotland, and I'm thinking of starting a blog about the city. Nightlife, places to eat, places to stay, pretty much everything.

I'm planning to build up the viewership, and then sell off adspace at £100 per month to local bars, clubs, restaurants etc.

Problem is, I can't think of an effective domain name. I've put together a list of available ones, but nothing "POPS" in my head.

Has anyone done a similar project before?
If so, what other methods did you use for Monetization?

Got any domain name ideas for me?

      Also quite hard to remember and spell

    You should check out some of the city sites for alot of the cities in the US. I personally like the one for Minneapolis.

    First of all great idea! Might look into it myself. What a great way to give back to the community if your getting decent local search traffic!

    Sounds like you might be after local search which is good and easier to get in my opinion.

    Play around in the google search bar as well for domain ideas. Also be sure to use their planner tool over at adwords and do your research on what is popular. Again play around with it and check some local search phrases and broader terms and see what you get.
