Urgently Need Giveaway Idea for a Fan Page

Hi,

I have a fan page with over 10k Likes and growing daily. This page is in the dating niche (Date Ideas). I want to give a free giveaway to the fans in order to build a mailing list. The issue I am having now is that, I am lost on which ebook content, I should give to them. I dont want to use every other content that is already in circulation but something unique and will be of benefit to the fans. Greatly, need help here.

If I am to take this a step further, I may want to create my own product in that Niche to sell as well and would greatly appreciate any product content ideas for the niche

    Your best bet is to research what is hot in the marketplace and research the answer then write a word document and save it as a pdf. Theres your own one of a kind ebook! Easily create your own cover or outsource it!

    search around and see what other people are giving away in your niche.

    depending on what product you want to create to sell, it would be much easier if your free giveaway can set up the desire for your paid product.

    i think an easy way to go is giveaway a compilation of dating tips.

      I'd go with what you can call an 'ULTIMATE DATING COMPILATION': an e-book with the 'best dating apps', 'best dating tips', etc.

    It's completely understandable that you bring this up...

    As when it comes to freebies or giveaway ideas, this seems to be a recurring problem.

    Rather instead letting perfection be your enemy, just throw up a squeeze page and get them on a list.

    THEN you can go back to figuring out what to put in your giveaway.

    I get TONS of new subs everyday from Facebook fan pages, and that's without giving anything away, so it does work.

    However the ball is in your court...

    The clock is ticking, and you are slowly losing out on precious subs :p

    James is right. Get that list building FAST. If you're desperate for a freebie to give away, grab some plr in the next 30 minutes and just get it done. You want that kind of traffic finding its way onto a list.

    Other alternative is to run a promoted post to the page and ask them what they would want. Of course some requests are going to be unworkable, but may give you some idea.

    If you are talking about giveaways to grow your facebook page, I would always give away a physical product. buy an iPhone or something that's not going to cost you over $500, but not something that people wont be bothered for.

    Then take a picture of the iphone, but in the photo, handwrite a card, and tell them what to do on the card, "To be in with a chance of winning this iPhone, like our page and share this post"

    This is one of the best ways to force a chain reaction and get that viral effect with Facebook pages. Also, I'm pretty sure it has to be an item you give away, not cash according to Facebooks rules.

    Sure, you may get a load of people who are only there for the iPhone, but it isnt that different than giving away a free report on your website. You are always going to get freebie seekers, but at least on Facebook you wont have to pay to own a bigger page.

    Then you could promote a squeeze page with a free report about dating to those fans occasionally, whilst also making sure your facebook page grows as well.
