Ebay RSS Feed problems

I tried yesterday for first time to use Ebay RSS feeds and they are not working.
I heard that Ebay have ditched non performing affiliates, which I am. However, I am able to sign in into my Partner Networks account.

I did everything by the book but feed is not working. I tried to import the same into my Google reader, and there also is not working....

Did BANS pollution cause Ebay to remove this option, or what am I doing wrong?

Is it possible that I am banned but still allowed to sign in? I can not find an email from Ebay in that regard.
