    dyaonna,

Yes you can start writing without a site but ask yourself this question "would I personally buy from someone who won't even spend $7 on their business?"

It will cost you around $6.95 for a domain name. In fact if you do a search on this forum you may still find the link for a .com for 99cents. You can get hosting for as little as 1 cent for the first month from Hostgator. After the first month you should have earned enough to pay the monthly cost.

So while you can start a business without a site keep in mind you're making a pretty poor impression on serious buyers and that will affect your earnings.

    Hi,

I think having a website would give your business a more professional feel and it's far more appealing to potential clients.

The Power Ghostwriting course by Jenn Dize is great if you are starting out as a Ghostwriter. It teaches you how to set up an inexpensive site, attract clients and how to run a successful Ghostwriting business etc.

    I hope this helps

    Hi dyaonna,

I think to look professional you would need at least a basic website to portray a good image of your service. I use hostgator for my blogs and then find a decent theme to make it look even more professional. It's really easy to do and doesn't cost much at all but is worth its weight in gold for the customers it will bring in.

If you need any help setting yourself up just let me know!

    Cheers Keith
