Down-Sell Script When They Leave Our Site

Dear Warriors,

can you give me reference where I can get down-sell script when visitors try to close our site? I just drop on a site and when I try to leave it, a new window pops up and said WAIT... WAIT..! THERE'S 50% DISCOUNT...

it's a nice trick to grab attention to stay on our site. but if we offer 50% DISCOUNT, means I have to add a new product on ClickBank for this offer right? can I do it under same account with regular price?
