Squeezepage vs. Blog vs. Blog with optin form

What do you prefer for converting more sales?. A Squeeze page, a blog or blog with option form.

Search function doesn't work, so I need to ask.
#blog #form #optin #squeezepage

I use all three. I call it a homerun . I drive traffic through squeeze page through solo ads tracked by bitly, then I have my blog post that I know has tremendous value and in the middle of the post I have the optin form enticing the audience with my free offer (lead magnet) and on the sidebar of my blog it has my optin form with same free offer.

Here is the catch though, you need all three because creating traffic to go on your blog will create long term audiences. Its a lot more work and consistency for you to rank on search engines but it will bring you free traffic and long term business.

Squeeze pages are great for paid traffic that can give you much needed boost of subscribers in your early stages and can also add leads to your list.

I think it's a matter of opinion here. I've personally seen MUCH more success with a Blog utilizing an opt-in form.

Reason being is since you are already providing them great info on your blog, users are more likely to sign up to see what else you've got to offer.

    Again, matter of opinion here.

Put an opt in form on your blog but you will find that a squeeze page converts much much better. The reason being that there are distractions on your blog - lots of things to do! On a squeeze page there are no other distractions except to sign up.

I would recommend starting with a blog so that you can build reputation and rapport with your viewers and readers.

Then, have a simple, non-evasive way to collect leads on your blog by using a simple optin box on each of your posts, or using a service like www.getdrip.com

I've been building sites and blogs online since 1999 and every time I've built a list with just a squeeze page, the list itself isn't very healthy vs. a list you would build with your blog.

Focus on delivering value and content - and your list will grow by leaps and bounds.

Also know that... having a non-responsive list of 100,000 people is far less useful than a responsive list of 1,000 people.

Blog with Optin at top center of Page has better Conversion rates as far as Sales, imo !

Squeeze Page has higher Optin Rate but Conversion Rates are lower. This is just my experience

A squeeze page will generally convert better but you will need to drive traffic there. A high quality blog with lots of good content can be a valuable source of opt-ins, but you need to make sure your opt-in form is very prominent above the fold (almost think squeeze page for your opt-in form), and add an opt-in form to the bottom of each blog post, that will help conversions as well.
