How to build a solid Online brand?

Hi,

Please share your ideas on how to build a SOLID ONLINE BRAND.

Mine:

Build VIRTUAL TRUST. Be transparent in dealing to your clients. Admit your faults and learn from it. With that, customers will feel that you are really after their welfare as customers and you are not there just to make sale and have profit from them.

Building TRUST VIRTUALLY is hard, but you can make it EASY by being their FRIEND not just a mere supplier or provider.

    Consistency is important, if people see you are serious about your internet business then it raises their respect for you. IMHO

    Have a website
    Connect it with Facebook Twitter, feed-burner and syndicate content.
    Offer Facebook comments on your sales page and get maximum likes for your website page and also for your Facebook page specifically created for this product you promoting. Every post you make on your wordpress sites is automatically syndicated to the other sites, you can even use services like onlywire to syndicate content. (heard recently they offering $5 monthly for 50 sites)

    Display the likes and the Facebook comments option on your Sales page, so visitors can leave genuine feedback's for your product right there itself.

    Offer a Facebook tab where interested used
