Where to go for a reliable ad broker?

Hi,

I'm really busy with my new website, and I want to place ads on my website. I want an ad broker to do this work for me but I don't have a clue where to go for a reliable broker.

Can somebody provide me with more info and names of brokers.

I can offer myself to be an ad broker. I am marketing manager of Bastor Inc, a company that has a long marketing history in Eastern Europe, and now expanding on US soil, as well as EU.
