What Autoresponder would you recommend for multiple clients?

I have quite recently set up a "rental" website business i.e. renting websites to local companies who don't have websites and are not able to afford a full blown website at the moment but want a web presence. I also maintain their website for them and look after their opt-ins by sending out monthly newsletters.

I have decided to use wordpress - and monetise it with adsense and clickbank products for them - but I also want to add an opt in form - I have an Aweber account at the moment - but the problem with using one aweber account is that my details will be at the bottom of each email going out to my clients customers.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to get around this - even if it's just signing up with another autoresponder that can just be solely for my clients maybe. Any recommendations???

I only finished building my website yesterday advertising this business, and got one client and 6 appointments to go to this week.

So if anyone has ideas can you let me know asap - thanks everyone in advance.

    Hi Elaine,

What I do it open an aweber account for each person I build sites for. That way they are under me and I get kickbacks from aweber and since i'm running it for them anyway it's easier to manage and I just bill the $19 a month into thier monthly maintance plan.

    Hi Michael
I was actually thinking about that. Living in the area I am at present - many businesses are folding and I am approaching the existing businesses to try and help them - I am only charging £40 per month (i think that's approx $65) - so I suppose that is one way I could do that - i will also receive the affiliate commission from Aweber.
Would you set the account up in the client's name and then you pay for the payment through your own credit card?

    Hi Elaine,

You might want to have a chat with fellow Warrior Les Gibbon (username lgibbon) he has an autoresponder service that I use and I'm delighted with it. He had an outstanding WSO for it but I don't know if that's still on offer.

Here's the link to his site AutoSenders (non-affiliate link).

    Hi Elaine,

Yes I sign up the account in their name but pay for it myself....so if they don't pay me i don't pay aweber.

Thanks for that Michael, I've got a couple of options so I'm going to take a look at them - see which can help me the most.

Ever so grateful for your reply thanks.

The Auto Senders site mentioned above seems to be a software that you run on your own server.

If so that's not a viable option unless you have your own dedicated server to send emails from and you have the time to develop relationships with all the ISP providers so that your emails get delivered, plus spend time cleaning your lists.

It's fine if you only have a tiny list - otherwise unmanageable.

I'd like to know what people think of Trafficwave.net since Get Response have hiked up their prices to be in line with Aweber.

    Elaine,

The default information at the bottom of an email sent from Aweber is configurable on a PER-LIST basis. This means you can create a unique signature for each client list. Check the online help at Aweber, it shows you how, here's the link:

How Do I Add a Signature File to Messages? :: AWeber Knowledge Base

Remember, the key here is to create a LIST for each Client and then configure the list accordingly.

    Hope this helps.
